Dixon joined ION back in 2003, following the company's expansion into the global security services market, while it still operated as Black Element. Garnering a reputation as a cynical operator, Dixon was caught up in the 2009 Elektrozavodsk Controversy. Losing his position of team leader, but retained by the company, Dixon - known as 'Tricky' or 'Dickie' among his colleagues - has grown hardened in the execution of his contracts, and cold in his attitude towards those outside of the company.
